Accounts Payable Financial Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Financial Administrator to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The salary range for this position is $25-40/hr based on industry standards and the location of Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports
- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Obtain approval for invoices and document any discrepancies
- Maintain a system for organizing invoices and payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Perform check runs and initiate electronic payments
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data
