Administrative Duties:
- Maintaining comprehensive quality documentation.
- Tracking quality training completed by staff members.
- Reporting quality findings to management as necessary.
- Acting as a liaison between company officials and external agencies.
- Coordinating efforts across various departments to enhance quality.
- Compiling quality information for management reviews.
- Participating in organizational meetings at different levels.
- Conducting annual performance evaluations for team members.
- Assisting in budget preparation and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry or engineering.
- A minimum of five years of experience in quality roles.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as SPC and ISO 9001.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in databases and report generation tools.
- In-depth understanding of quality assurance processes.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively.
