As a Slitter Operator, you will be responsible for operating our Slitting production machine, ensuring high-quality production yields, and adhering to cGMP and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the Slitting production machine to produce high-quality rigid packaging solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain production yields, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and ISO standards in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Manufacturing equipment operating experience.
  • Ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift, including night shift.
  • Good mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Background check and drug testing required.

  • Competitive starting rate of $19 per hour.
  • Retention bonus of $2,000.
