  • Project Management
    • Apply project management practices and methodologies to ensure compliance with internal standards and donor guidelines.
    • Manage and monitor project management standards for assigned projects.
    • Identify opportunities to improve policies and supporting materials to increase their effectiveness.
  • Close-Out Activities
    • Manage the close-out process for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with internal processes and donor guidelines.
    • Conduct After Action Reviews for closed-out projects.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • Three years of related experience.
  • Skills
    • Certified in project management or equivalent experience.
    • Strong understanding of financial management principles and budgeting.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills
    • Fluent in written and spoken English.
    • Fluency in a second language (French, Portuguese, or Spanish) is required for some portfolios.
  • Travel
    • Ability to travel 30%.
