Key Responsibilities

Facilities Maintenance:
- Perform routine technical inspections and monitoring of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks in the area of sanitary facilities, including plumbing and fixtures.
- Ensure the proper functioning of passenger and freight elevators, including documentation and reporting.


Cleanliness and Order:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the building, including common areas and employee spaces.
- Ensure that all areas of the building are well-maintained and free of hazards.


Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including documentation and reporting of elevator maintenance and repairs.


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
