Citibank, N.A. is seeking a highly experienced Remedial Management Senior Manager to provide oversight and subject-matter expertise over risk initiatives in the quarterly processing of Individually Assessed Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review, Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test (CCAR/DFAST), and Individually Assessed workflows and projects for enhancements and problem resolution of Special Assets used systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to risk initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses and ensure the integrity of Special Assets used systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process enhancements and problem resolution opportunities.
  • Manage and analyze complex data to inform risk-based decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Remedial Management Officer, Credit Portfolio Senior Analyst, or related position involving credit analysis for the banking industry.
  • 5 years of experience must include:
    • Wholesale credit risk
    • Credit analysis
    • Collateral analysis
    • Credit processes, policies, and classifications
    • Reporting requirements
    • Risk management
    • Credit Management Information Systems
    • Portfolio management
  • 2 years of experience must include:
    • Remedial management
    • Regulatory standards and accounting principles: Individually Assessed Reserves, Loan Mods, and Basel

Salary Range:

$160,000 to $160,000/yr; 40 hrs/wk.
