Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac 2N team. As a Cardiac Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare district.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and maintain accurate patient records, including medication administration and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Current CA RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within one year of hire/transfer
- BSN, MSN, or currently enrolled in RN-BSN program (preferred)
