Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA and Environmental regulations and employment laws.
Working Conditions

The Manufacturing Supervisor Weld will work in a normal office environment, with some work performed in a manufacturing environment and exposure to the elements of our factory. There may be some work performed in the field with exposure to construction sites or active customer facilities.

This position requires approximately 5-10% travel, with the ability to travel with short notice and/or for extended periods.
