Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at UPS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including loading and unloading, packing and unpacking, and inventory management.
- Operate powered equipment such as forklifts and hydraulic jack lifts to perform duties.
- Conduct audits and inventory control to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or operations role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
