The Team Leader will supervise the work of junior engineers, offering mentorship and guidance. Collaborating with your Project Manager and other team members, you will enhance your expertise across various disciplines. We prioritize building long-term, meaningful relationships with clients both locally and nationally.

Your primary responsibilities include:
- Acting as a Team Leader for all internal department managers to facilitate cost estimates, design concepts, and planning in conjunction with field observations.
- Ensuring quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews for the engineering team.
- Reviewing technical and civil engineering drawings and making necessary revisions.
- Independently evaluating, selecting, and adapting standard techniques, procedures, and criteria based on sound engineering principles.
- Collaboratively exercising judgment to determine adaptations in methods for non-routine aspects of assignments.
- Performing detailed site design work on a variety of projects and preparing reports, studies, and project documents as required.

- Supporting the preparation of scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments.
- Delegating and coordinating work with entry-level engineers, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Motivating team members by fostering a positive work environment through mentoring, coaching, and training to assist in professional development.
- Assisting in communicating information related to specific assignments or meetings to clients, sub-consultants, or government agencies.
- Undertaking other project and supervisory duties as assigned.

Position requirements include:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Professional Engineer Licensure (PE) preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 1-2 years of team management.

Proficient in the use of:
- AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD, Microsoft Office Suite.
