Job Title: Real Estate Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Real Estate Legal Assistant to join our team at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG). As a key member of our Real Estate Practice Group, you will provide critical support to our attorneys and play a vital role in the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and legal support to Real Estate attorneys, including document preparation, case management, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist with document comparisons, revisions, and finalization using Litera and other software tools.
  • Prepare documents for signature via DocuSign and assemble/copy documents for physical or electronic production to clients.
  • Manage attorney calendars, track deadlines, and prepare monthly client billing for transmittal to clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including opening new client/matter files, preparing FedEx packages, and analyzing factual information under the supervision of the assigning attorney.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a legal assistant role with prior real estate experience in a law firm or similar setting.
  • High School diploma (or equivalent) with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe software programs, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
Work Environment:
