Commercial Real Estate Assistant

Konexo Legal Resourcing is seeking a skilled commercial real estate assistant to provide support to the firm's real estate practice group. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are looking for a flexible and project-based work arrangement.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have several years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including purchases and sales, leasing, financings, and title and survey reviews. They will be responsible for preparing settlement statements, preparing title commitments, and other related documents required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the real estate practice group with commercial real estate transactions
  • Prepare settlement statements, title commitments, and other related documents
  • Assist with research and analysis of commercial real estate transactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial real estate transactions
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly detailed, with strong organization and communication skills
  • College degree ideal
