About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall upkeep of our apartment community, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect the property daily to identify and address any maintenance or cleaning needs.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
  • Assist with apartment make-readies, including cleaning and preparing vacant units for new residents.
  • Perform light painting duties as directed.
  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in groundskeeping, caretaking, or janitorial work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb stairs regularly.
