Position Summary:
If your passion for the fitness and wellness sector stems from a desire to assist individuals in achieving their goals, we want to hear from you. While management and coaching experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The compensation includes a base salary with additional bonus opportunities tied to team performance. This role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to a vibrant and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
  • Motivate and support clients during their stretching routines
  • Oversee quality control, onboarding, and training
  • Expand StretchLab's membership base and maintain existing client relationships through outreach and sales
  • Manage client interactions by providing exceptional stretching experiences, updating client records, and scheduling recurring appointments
  • Ensure client safety by applying proper stretching techniques and enforcing company policies
  • Lead team meetings and educational sessions
  • Address member inquiries and concerns as needed
  • Assist with studio tours and sales processes
  • Maintain a strong online presence to foster client engagement and retention
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and available for client use
Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for boutique fitness and a focus on stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Prior experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Yoga/Pilates Instructor
  • Experience in a fitness or health environment providing hands-on client training
  • Required fitness certification
  • Ability to foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of empathy
  • Enjoy connecting with individuals and helping them reach their objectives
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
  • Willingness to participate in a comprehensive 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes online tutorials and hands-on training
