As a Business Operations Specialist at FIS, you will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of assigned non-technical projects, including business planning, business operations, and other non-technical subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic risk and compliance programs to assess and mitigate areas of risk exposure for the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on all contractual obligations.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of non-technical projects from initiation through delivery.

You will ensure that requirements for internal projects align to operational standards, identify needed resources for projects, and define and assign major project roles. Additionally, you will govern internal stakeholders to deliver on all contractual obligations and support critical security and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of managing projects in financial services or related industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
