Job Summary
We're hiring a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for our innovative card payments team to manage clients in both private and public cloud environments. The successful candidate will participate in all day-to-day activities of operating production environments to maintain high stability, reduce Service Downtime, and improve Quality of Service for FIS clients.

Responsibilities:
- Participate and lead the day-to-day operations of the team for changes and incidents
- Lead incident triage calls and follow up on root cause analysis
- Configure and deploy product releases into production and verify quality work
- Participate in data center and infrastructure change activities
- Develop monitoring and alerting for various application production environments

Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience and knowledge of building and supporting application infrastructure in a private and Azure public cloud
- 2-3 years of change management experience on ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Experience initiating and leading or participating in resolution of incidents
- 2-3 years of experience developing and implementing effective monitoring using standard tools similar to Splunk, Dynatrace, and Azure cloud-native monitoring tools
- Knowledge and skills to comfortably work on Windows, Unix systems, IBM technologies like WebSphere AS and MQ, and SQL Server
- Ability to query, script, and deploy in Microsoft SQL Server
