Job Summary

SOSi is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Process Coordinator to support a government project in Wilcox, AZ. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process data from immigration officers/agents for detainee intake
  • Maintain the well-being of detainees outside of secure complexes, inventorying, tagging, and storing personal property for tracking purposes
  • Communicate effectively in Spanish and English
  • Log welfare checks, visual inspections, and input information into processing systems
  • Draft and maintain administrative paperwork and reports related to property, transportation, and deportation documentation
  • Enter data into customer portals, linking family units and groups in e3
  • Store property and conduct inventories
  • Conduct roll calls and perform duties related to detainee care
  • Update modules with cell assignments and custodial actions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of related experience in data entry or customer service
  • US citizenship and 3 out of 5 years of residency in the US
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to pass an SSBI government background investigation
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
