Position Overview:
This role reports directly to the General Manager and is pivotal in enhancing the brand's presence through exceptional client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering outstanding client experiences while promoting our Retail Excellence Program.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Exceed objectives for client data acquisition.
  • Build and nurture authentic client relationships to meet and exceed key performance indicators such as sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
  • Maintain client relationships through exemplary after-sales service, including follow-up communications and product care.
  • Assist in establishing new client connections while sustaining existing ones.
  • Manage the opening and closing of consignments.
  • Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively to forge strong partnerships with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Contribute to business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
  • Provide guidance on product repairs and recommend suitable items to clients.

Experience & Key Competencies:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury.
  • Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling techniques.
  • Proficient in using retail point of sale systems, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while balancing daily responsibilities.
  • A dynamic, positive, and sales-oriented personality.

Compensation:
