Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the creation of MBSE models and engineering functions for large, intricate sociotechnical systems.
- Utilize modeling tools such as SysML/UML to assist in developing system models and capturing system requirements.
- Support simulation and analysis efforts by engaging with simulation and analysis tools to conduct use case simulations and evaluations on system models.
- Assist in managing requirements using requirements management tools, ensuring traceability and alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze system architectures, and validate system designs.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends in systems engineering, actively contributing to the adoption of new tools and methodologies within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in systems engineering, with exposure to MBSE model development, requirements analysis, and interdisciplinary engineering functions.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles, methodologies, languages, and tools.
- Basic proficiency in modeling tools such as SysML/UML and simulation and analysis tools.
- Understanding of requirements management tools for gathering, analyzing, verifying, and validating system requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a quick aptitude for learning new technologies and concepts.
- Effective communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
$86,000 - $150,000. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
