Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team at MAXIMUS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and process improvement, with experience in leading reviews and analyzing efficiencies of systems, analyzing system data and performance reports to identify trends and business impact, mentoring IT Application Analysts in data analysis and process improvements, interacting with all levels within the organization, developing working relationships with management, staff, stakeholders, and business partners, participating in meetings and evaluating outcomes to ensure needs of project stakeholders are being met, translating business requirements and objectives into system level requirements for use by development and testing teams, performing data analysis and documentation of system processes, and data flows, communicating with stakeholders, clients, external vendors, and software development team members to build dynamic solutions that meet the business needs of our various clients, facilitating and leading collaborative meetings as needed for successful implementation of complex project goals, performing trouble shooting on production issues, infrastructure configurations, and user related defects, acting as a resource for completing system configurations such as permissions, security, and rules, working on task-related assignments that are complex and far-reaching, and working independently with limited supervision and may delegate and review the work product of junior analysts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of relevant professional experience. Proficient knowledge and practical use of relational databases and data modeling concepts, as well as experience with data analysis tools such as PLSQL, Oracle SQL Developer, Agile processes, process modeling tools like Lucid Chart, integration analysis tools such as Apigee, Postman, ETL and data integration tools like Pentaho Kettle ETL, Talend, file transfer tools like MOVEit, Axway, and familiarity with the technical aspects of API and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery are highly desirable. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, external vendors, and software development team members to build dynamic solutions that meet the business needs of our various clients.
