Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and monitor group study sessions for Life Science students, ensuring a productive and inclusive learning environment.
- Manage the study environment, coordinating with multiple study groups and promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with instructors and staff to align study sessions with course objectives and learning outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing individual needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, instructors, and staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Working Conditions:
