We are seeking a highly motivated Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Axis Residential, LLC in Central Oregon. About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our community. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with prospective residents to drive lease signings.
- Developing and implementing effective engagement strategies.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to promote our community.
- Conducting tours and presenting available apartments to prospective residents.
- Assisting with move-in orientations and ensuring a smooth resident onboarding process.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service. A strong computer skills set, including proficiency in MS Office, Google-Suite, property management software, and CRM solutions, is also essential. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 per year (DOE), as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, AD&D, and life insurance. You will also enjoy annual performance reviews, vacation time, sick leave, and holiday pay, as well as access to our 401(k) plan with Safe Harbor contribution.
