A Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (DOE) opportunity awaits for a skilled Residential Leasing Consultant to join our team at Axis Residential, LLC in Central Oregon. We are seeking a people-focused individual to assist with the lease-up of our new 62 and older active adult community, Affinity at Bend.

The Position
We are looking for a seasoned Leasing Consultant who can effectively engage with prospective and current residents, building strong rapport through relationship selling. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Implementing professional leasing techniques to connect with potential residents.
  • Gathering information from prospective residents to design personalized experiences.
  • Providing targeted follow-ups to potential residents.
  • Maintaining a community culture focused on enhancing residents' quality of life.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to stay informed about local market conditions.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service. A strong computer skills set, including proficiency in MS Office, Google-Suite, property management software, and CRM solutions, is also essential.
