At Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, we're seeking a skilled Ticket Agent to join our team. As a Ticket Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by selling tickets and passes, checking mountain access, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and direct guests to ensure a seamless experience
- Provide accurate and timely information about mountain conditions and activities
- Process guest payments and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor Ski Data Gates to prevent fraudulent use
- Collaborate with Supervisors and Security to resolve issues
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
- Free ski pass for you and your family
- Discounts on food, beverages, and retail items
- Access to health and wellness programs
- Flexible scheduling and location options

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
