Aspen One serves as the parent organization, encompassing Aspen Skiing Company, Aspen Hospitality, and ASPENX, leveraging its influence to promote climate action, community involvement, and racial equity across all business units.

Position Overview


The Ticket Supervisor collaborates closely with the Manager to ensure outstanding service and a seamless sales experience for guests within the Mountain Sales Department.


This role is a 6-month position based in Snowmass.


The anticipated salary range for this position is $58,656 - $64,521, with actual compensation dependent on budget considerations and experience. All salaried positions are eligible for bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to sales agents within the Mountain Sales team.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service consistently, upholding the team's standards for guest service excellence.
  • Oversee employee workflow and create team schedules.
  • Manage and procure administrative supplies for the department.
  • Deliver ongoing training to staff regarding operational standards, product knowledge, upselling techniques, and software usage.
  • Analyze team performance to identify trends and provide constructive feedback to management and the training team, collaborating on annual performance evaluations.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution and communication of feedback to relevant parties.
  • Foster relationships with key personnel to facilitate effective cross-departmental communication.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the Mountain Sales Department, including access gates, self-service kiosks, and learning systems.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work in various locations.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Advanced leadership and team management skills are advantageous.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems, is required.
  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with Resort Technology Partners (RTP) software is a plus.
  • Experience handling cash transactions in US currency is required.

Supervision Given and Received
As a Ticket Supervisor, you will exercise general supervision over agents, assigning routine tasks and setting expectations in alignment with company policies. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, timekeeping, and directing work, as well as appraising performance and addressing employee concerns.


Under general supervision from the Ticket Manager, you will receive ongoing assignments and perform routine tasks with clearly defined expectations. Guidance and assistance will be available as needed, with work reviewed during scheduled check-ins.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to remain on your feet, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
  • Regularly work in challenging conditions requiring protective apparel to mitigate exposure to the elements, alongside an office environment.
  • Must be capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs, either independently or with assistance.
