Engineering Requirements Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Requirements Analyst to join our team in BAE Systems USA. This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced electronic warfare solutions and be part of a dynamic team that makes a difference.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and motivating technical teams to deliver innovative Electronic Warfare solutions on schedule and within cost. You will also be responsible for analyzing requirements and developing solutions to meet customer needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions. You will also need to have familiarity with requirements management tools, experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools, as well as the ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs.
Additionally, you will need to have proven design, analysis, and communication skills, and hold an active Secret Security Clearance. A Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of work experience or equivalent experience are also required.

- A competitive salary range of $140,690 - $239,140 per year.
