Applied Behavior Analyst Assistant

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to clients in home, center, and/or school settings
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with children and adults with behavioral needs
- Degree in behavioral science, psychology, or related field
- Training in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
