Job Summary
As an Automotive Suspension Specialist, you will oversee all facets of suspension alignment, related services, and repairs for a variety of automotive vehicles. This role offers significant opportunities for professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting and selling complete suspension alignment services for all cars and light trucks.
  • Performing additional vehicle services, including but not limited to brake repairs, suspension maintenance, axle services, and oil changes.
  • Balancing wheel assemblies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Executing various tire services and repairs.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service equipment and work areas.
  • Preparing billing documentation accurately.

Desired Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with alignment and wheel balancing equipment for cars and light trucks.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in relevant vehicle service roles.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong driving record.
  • Experience with Hunter Combo Fundamental/Intermediate Alignment Level I and II, as well as knowledge of Advanced Driver Assist Systems, is advantageous.
