**Job Description**
The Administrative Mail Handler will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the mailroom, ensuring that all mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence are handled efficiently and accurately.
**Responsibilities:**
**Mailroom Operations:**
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages according to designated recipients
• Process outgoing mail and packages in accordance with postal regulations
• Maintain accurate records of mail and package movements
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of mail and packages
**Supply Management:**
• Order and distribute office supplies to client employees
• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and notify management when replenishment is required
• Ensure that all office areas are well-stocked and maintained
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues related to supply delivery
**Administrative Support:**
• Provide administrative support to clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing paperwork
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Requirements:**
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
