  • Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support to help them overcome obstacles
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and community partners to build relationships and identify job opportunities
  • Track and report on client outcomes and program deliverables using Salesforce and other programs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workforce development, customer service, or a related field
  • Direct experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment, especially in the context of economic mobility
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage a caseload and maintain accurate documentation
  • Exceptional customer service and client rapport-building skills
  • Effective communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in facilitating workshops and public speaking
  • Familiarity with grant-funded programs, databases, and reporting
