About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RV Repair Technician to join our team at Blue Compass RV Houston. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance work on RV units to ensure they are safe and reliable for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, automotive, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing issues on RV units
  • Document all work performed, including diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance
  • Provide accurate labor time estimates to service advisors
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to ensure seamless service experience
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a trade field, such as automotive, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or plumbing
  • Certification from a college or technical school in a trade field or equivalent work experience
  • RVTI certification preferred, but not required
  • Strong knowledge of shop tools and equipment, as well as prior RV technician experience
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
