Job Title: RN Cath Lab

Sigma Healthcare Team is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Cath Lab to work onsite in Bolingbrook, IL. This 13-week contract position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in EP and Cath procedures, with familiarity with device and ablation procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and admit patients to the Cath Lab, addressing their needs and ensuring spiritual care.
  • Verify lab results and allergies, communicating and documenting findings.
  • Perform reassessments at required intervals or as needed.
  • Function in other Cath Lab roles, including charge person, hemodynamic monitoring, patient transport, and emergency on-call.
  • Restock and prepare rooms for procedures, maintaining sterile technique.
  • Monitor and operate equipment to gather physiologic and hemodynamic patient information.
  • Ensure accuracy in patient records and charges.
Requirements:
  • Current valid State RN license.
  • ACLS and American Heart BLS for Provider certification.
  • Cardiovascular certified or RCES preferred.
