Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at AdventHealth Bolingbrook. As a Cardiac Telemetry RN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a cardiac telemetry unit, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct nursing care to patients in a cardiac telemetry unit
  • Implements and monitors patient care plans
  • Coordinates with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care
  • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders
  • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs
Requirements
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
  • 1 year of MedSurg nursing experience preferred
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing
