We are seeking a skilled Field Claims Representative to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a Field Claims Representative, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating multi-line insurance claims, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure accurate settlements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough claim investigations and interviews with insureds, claimants, and witnesses
  • Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage, and prepare reports of findings
  • Inspect property and auto damages, and write repair estimates
  • Use claims-handling software, company car, and mobile applications to adjust loss in a paperless environment
  • Provide superior and professional customer service
Requirements:
  • Be available and communicative during regular business hours
  • Have a desire to learn about the insurance industry and provide a great customer experience
  • Be able to work unsupervised and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with others
  • Have excellent problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Be prepared to follow-up with others in a timely manner
  • Have a valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $76,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
