Field Claims Representative

We are seeking a skilled Field Claims Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. This role involves investigating and evaluating multi-line insurance claims, ensuring accurate settlements, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough claim investigations, interviewing insureds, claimants, and witnesses as needed.
- Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage, inspecting property and auto damages to write repair estimates.
- Prepare reports of findings and secure settlements with insureds and claimants.
- Utilize claims-handling software, company car, and mobile applications to adjust losses in a paperless environment.
- Provide superior and professional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Availability and communicativeness during regular business hours.
- Desire to learn about the insurance industry and provide a great customer experience.
- Ability to work unsupervised, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Preparedness to follow up with others in a timely manner, with a valid driver's license.
