Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our teletherapy team for the 2024-25 school year. The successful candidate will manage a virtual caseload of approximately 50-60 students, with support from a virtual SLPA.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments remotely.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
  • Provide virtual speech therapy services in both individual and group settings.
  • Supervise and collaborate with the virtual SLPA.
  • Accurately monitor and document student progress through online platforms.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals via virtual meetings to support student success.
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings, providing insights on students' speech and language needs.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in teletherapy and speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • CCC certification from ASHA.
  • Valid Oregon license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms and technology.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to maintain detailed records and meet deadlines.
