Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Baking and Pastry Instructor to join our team at Stratford University. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in baking and pastry arts, and will play a key role in shaping the academic experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver curriculum in baking and pastry arts, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to students and colleagues
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in baking and pastry arts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement academic programs and services
  • Participate in departmental and university-wide committees and initiatives
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong teaching and communication skills
  • Experience in baking and pastry arts, including training and education
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in a related field
  • Experience in curriculum development and implementation
  • Experience in academic administration
  • Strong leadership and management skills
