Key Responsibilities- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various equipment, including scales, bottle fillers, Peristaltic/Digistaltic pumps, sealers, and torquers, to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Quality Control: Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet high-quality specifications, and report any quality issues to supervisors.
- Kitting and Packaging: Assemble, fill, clean, inspect, label, and package products according to prescribed procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production operations and meet production targets.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report production information, quality issues, and any concerns.
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to read and follow operating procedures, and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
