About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our WW Removals team at Amazon. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving the roadmap strategy for our removals products and features.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, program managers, and operations teams, to deliver end-to-end product solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and collecting business requirements
  • Authoring PRFAQs for future 'Think Big' ideas
  • Delivering minimal viable products (MVPs) in an agile, iterative way
  • Defining a data-driven product vision and developing business cases
  • Working directly with engineering to build exceptional products

As a Product Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Understand customer needs and define clear project plans
  • Execute to high expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management
  • Balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints

We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who can think big and create new ways to fulfill to critical customers within Amazon's supply chain.

The WW Removals team is part of the Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WW R&R) organization at Amazon. Our vision is to set the global standard for excellence in reverse logistics and build a future that prioritizes customers, the planet, and our pursuit of zero costs, zero defects, and zero waste.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products
  • 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $124,500/year to $206,000/year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
