About the Role

AEG Worldwide Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Staff Member to join our team. As a key member of our venue operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post-event cleaning: follow established procedures and cleaning routines to ensure the venue is clean and ready for the next event.
  • Perform maintenance tasks as needed, including changing light bulbs, painting, and basic construction tasks.
  • Restock and reorder supplies as needed, and report any large-scale repair needs to the supervisor or event manager.
  • Inspect assigned work areas prior to and during events, identifying safety hazards, facility issues, and housekeeping needs.
  • Report any issues to the supervisor or event manager.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Reliable, punctual, and regular attendance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift tables, chairs, etc.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
