CCSN Behavioral Health is thrilled to present an opportunity for a Pediatric Communication Specialist – Outpatient to enhance our clinics.

We are looking for both per diem and full-time professionals.
CCSN operates as a multidisciplinary behavioral health facility, dedicated to assisting individuals with Autism and intricate neurodevelopmental challenges throughout their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct appropriate standardized assessments, screenings, informal evaluations, and clinical observations.
- Following the initial evaluation of patients, provide medical recommendations, referrals, and follow-up for each case.
- Offer interpretation and/or counseling of assessment results to children and young adults/caregivers, along with continuous feedback regarding their progress.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust the therapy plan of care based on initial and ongoing evaluations, as required by policy/regulation.
- Create individualized care plans tailored to meet the needs of the child and young adult/caregiver, including suitable frequency and duration.
- Deliver specialized pediatric therapeutic activities to children and young adults.

Qualifications:
- A master's degree in a Speech Language Pathology program is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience with pediatric populations.
- Proven experience in delivering, designing, and implementing evidence-based interventions for individuals with ASD.
- Experience in facilitating evidence-based social skills groups.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative abilities.
- Familiarity with commercial and public payors and billing best practices.
- A commitment to working as part of a larger interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, occupational therapists, BCBAs, and fellow speech pathologists.
- A focus on pediatric rehabilitation and enthusiasm for developing treatment as part of our multidisciplinary team of therapists.

The successful candidate will create a schedule that aligns with the clinic's patient needs and their personal availability. CCSN operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Full-time roles consist of 40 hours per week, while per diem opportunities can be tailored to meet the needs of the candidate and CCSN.
