Data-Driven Decision Maker Job Description

Location: SeaTac, Washington

$49.00 - $70.00 (estimated hourly)

KellyMitchell Group is looking for a Data-Driven Decision Maker to join their team in SeaTac, Washington.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on experimentation, and be proficient in SQL and statistical programming. A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field is required, with a Graduate Degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear hypotheses and select appropriate metrics for experimentation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and provide recommendations based on experiment results.
  • Develop and apply statistical models to assess treatment effects and estimate causal impacts.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with PySpark is a plus
  • Experience with supporting and designing AB tests at scale to drive product development
  • Passion for developing and streamlining reliable tools to deliver insights with a high degree of automation
