Job Overview

CNA Corporation is seeking an experienced User Computing Administrator II to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing support and maintenance of user computing environments, deploying and maintaining user computing equipment, and assisting with the creation of system images.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop operating systems, network technology, and desktop management systems. They will also possess excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work well with others and stay current with new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and maintenance of user computing environments, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Deploy and maintain user computing equipment, including hardware and software.
  • Assist with the creation of system images and ensure proper licensing is in place for all software installed.
  • Maintain current knowledge of user computing technology and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in user computing administration or equivalent experience.
  • Security+ or other approved DoD 8570 IAT II security certification within 3 months of hiring.

Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
