Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the culinary team, developing menus, managing labor and inventory costs, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the culinary team to achieve business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement creative menu concepts to drive revenue growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute events and promotions.
  4. Maintain accurate records of labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Culinary Director in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, kitchen operations, and food cost control.
