Job Title: Executive Chef Director

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Director to join our team at Lago Resort & Casino LLC. This is a leadership position responsible for driving culinary excellence and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Culinary Team: Supervise and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional service.
  • Culinary Innovation: Develop and implement new menu concepts, recipes, and presentation styles to enhance the dining experience.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and maintain the highest standards of quality in all culinary operations.
  • Financial Management: Manage kitchen budgets, monitor expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of senior-level culinary management experience, preferably in a high-end resort or casino setting.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food safety protocols.
