Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to physicians or registered nurses.
  • Administer medications, including injectables, j-tube, and g-tube feedings, as prescribed.
  • Implement and maintain catheterization orders, trach care, and deep oral and pharyngeal suctioning.
  • Assist patients with collecting urine, stool, and other specimens for analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of treatments and patient conditions.
  • Perform inventory management of medical supplies and medications.
Requirements
  • Current licensure and registration to practice as a practical nurse in New York State.
  • Valid driver's license.
