Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Camden, TN. As a key member of our special education support team, you will work closely with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to develop and implement speech therapy programs for students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to create and implement speech therapy programs.
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide speech and language interventions.
  • Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and teachers.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with speech and language disorders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for working with children and helping them overcome communication challenges.
