Key Responsibilities

As the Platform Availability Leader at TotalEnergies, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the availability across the platform.

Your responsibilities will encompass collaboration with various departments and disciplines within the organization.

This position demands leadership, coordination, teamwork, and effective communication skills to drive sustainable improvements and changes throughout the organization.

Some of the primary responsibilities include:

1.

Lead the Availability Improvement Teams (AIT):
a. Ensure a systematic approach to reliability through the facilitation of regular AIT meetings.

b. Supervise the Root Cause Analysis program for events related to reliability.

2. Collaborate with the Availability Steering Committee.

3. Manage Turnaround and Project-Related Initiatives

a. Engage in the preparation of turnaround work scopes to ensure long-term reliability of process units (utilizing TRAP methodology).

b. Identify and promote reliability projects aimed at enhancing platform reliability, overseeing projects from inception to result measurement.

4. Additional Responsibilities

a. Develop reporting mechanisms to communicate platform availability achievements against set goals to the Refining Group and Availability Network.

b.

Assess maintenance practices to ensure timely failure analysis, promote the monitoring of repair quality, and confirm the application of appropriate predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.

c.

Guide and mentor personnel and contractors in reliability methodologies and techniques; share learning experiences and best practices within TotalEnergies.


Work Environment

This role is situated within the Industrial Performance Department and manages the Port Arthur Availability Programs. It does not have direct reports but plays a crucial role in communicating availability performance and engaging with the TotalEnergies RC Availability Network.
