About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Pearson Education. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in K-12 school districts, parochial and private schools, charter schools, and juvenile justice agencies. Your primary focus will be on promoting our Advanced Placement, Honors, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted outbound marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth
Collaborate closely with sales teams to communicate compelling value propositions to key decision-makers
Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for the sales team
Monitor and analyze the performance of outbound campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

5+ years of B2B demand generation and marketing experience in the K-12 education market
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience with revenue intelligence platforms (6sense)
Strong organizational and communication skills
