Job Summary:
The Mental Health Crisis Emergency Worker provides in-person and telephone assessments and interventions for adults, children, and adolescents experiencing psychiatric emergencies. This is a full-time position that requires a Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field or Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing psychiatric emergencies
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field or Registered Nurse
- Working knowledge of community mental health services and related human services delivery
- Proficient in writing and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
Benefits:

- $3000 sign-on bonus, with 50% granted at 6 months of employment and the remainder granted at 1 year of employment

This is a full-time position that requires working in-person. The work schedule is day shift.
